2.08.070 Recordings – Penalty for Violations.

A. Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of Sections 2.08.040 through 2.08.060 shall be subject to the provisions provided for in Section 1.01.110 of this code. (Ord. 2917 § 2 (part), 2018: Ord. 659 § 4, 1974).
