A. It is unlawful for any person to remove any of the recordings of city council meetings from the City Clerk’s office or from the custody of the City Clerk, to tamper with, erase or intentionally misuse such recordings in any manner whereby the content has been altered, changed or destroyed, or to violate any of the rules and regulations established by the City Clerk pursuant to Sections 2.08.040 through 2.08.070.
