A. Violation of the park rules may be a civil infraction or criminal misdemeanor. The initial method of enforcement may be by a request for voluntary compliance. Violation of the City of Redmond Municipal Code may be subject to enforcement by the City of Redmond police department pursuant to RMC 9.31.460 and 9.31.470. (Ord. 2912 § 3 (part), 2018).
