A. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of Article IV of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or by imprisonment in the City’s jail for not more than 90 days, or both. (Ord. 2912 § 3 (part), 2018).
