No Master Permit shall become effective unless and until the Master Permit has been unconditionally accepted by the Grantee following its approval by the City. A Master Permit shall be accepted by filing executed copies of the document related thereto, together with the bonds, insurance policies, and security fund required by this Chapter with the Public Works Director within 60 days after the approval of the Master Permit, or within such shorter or extended period of time as may be required or authorized by the City.
