In accepting any Master Permit and the applicable Right-of-Way Use Permits or Small Cell Permits issued thereunder, the Grantee acknowledges that its rights thereunder are subject to the legitimate rights of the police power of the City to adopt and enforce general ordinances necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the public, it being understood that such exercise must be done in accordance with applicable law and be related to use and management of the public ways, other ways and City property.
