Any sidewalk constructed, reconstructed, repaired or replaced in any other manner than provided in this chapter shall be deemed a nuisance and shall be abated at the order of the City Council. Any person, firm or corporation building or procuring or causing such sidewalk to be built shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Section 1.01.110.
