To enforce the Uniform Fire Code, or any other fire code, adopted by the City of Redmond, the City of Redmond Fire Chief and his or her designees shall have all of the authority and powers of the Code Compliance Office as provided in this chapter. In exercising this authority and power, City of Redmond Fire Chief and his or her designees shall comply with all of the applicable provisions of this chapter and shall be subject to any appeals provided under this chapter.
