21.70.050 Forms.

A. The City adopts the following forms and sections of WAC Chapter 197-11, as now existing or hereinafter amended, by reference:

Environment checklist; | |
Adoption notice; | |
Determination of Non-Significance (DNS); | |
Determination of Significance and scoping notice (DS); | |
Notice of assumption of lead agency status; and | |
Notice of action; | |
B. The Responsible Official may make additions to or otherwise modify the forms adopted in subsection RZC 21.70.050.A as long as the resulting forms are substantially the same as those set forth in the adopted WAC sections.
