9.38.020 Unlawful public exposure.

It is unlawful for any person to intentionally commit any act constituting unlawful public exposure of his person or the person of another. Unlawful public exposure is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1395 § 2, 1987: Ord. 1300 § 1 (part), 1986; Ord. 1244 § 2 (part), 1985: Ord. 1065 § 1 (part), 1982).
