9.31.380 Aircraft.

A. Aircraft Landing/Take Off. No aircraft shall land or take off from any body of water or land area in a City of Redmond park area except:
1. Aircraft used to transport injured persons, evacuees, medical personnel, or public officials in the event of an accident, disaster, or emergency;
2. No person shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of this section in the event of a bona fide emergency, provided the owner of the aircraft submits a written statement explaining the circumstances of the emergency to the director within 72 hours of an emergency landing.
