It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place for operation, or any person, firm or corporation to operate within the City any music box, as herein defined, without first having obtained and being the holder of a valid and subsisting license in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The license required by this chapter is separate from and in addition to the business license issued under RMC Chapter 5.04, which may also be required when applicable.
