A. Purpose. The purpose of this section is to define the responsibilities, rules, procedures, and requirements for the interpretation of this chapter.

B. Responsibility. The Administrator shall be responsible for interpreting the provisions of this chapter, except where expressly provided otherwise.

C. Request for Interpretation. Any interested person may apply for an interpretation of this chapter where this chapter, or its application to specific circumstances, is ambiguous, i.e., where this chapter is susceptible to two or more reasonable interpretations. Applications for administrative interpretation are processed as Type I reviews and shall be subject to the criteria outlined in the Redmond Zoning Code 21.76, Review Procedures. (Ord. 2865 § 7, 2016).
