The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum standards for the movement, removal, and placement of specified structures within and through the City of Redmond City limits. The minimum standards establish criteria that are intended to promote the public safety and health, protect the environment, and minimize nuisances and adverse impacts that are associated with the movement, removal, or placement of specified structures.
