Regulations stated in this chapter shall not apply to vessels used in duly authorized water ski tournaments, competitions, expositions, or trials therefor, which have been duly authorized by the Chief of Police or other appropriate governmental agency. (Ord. 1937 § 33, 1997: Ord. 377 § 20(c), 1965).
