The Director and/or his or her designee shall have the authority to issue to an owner or person(s) representing an owner an order to maintain or repair a component of a storm water drainage system, operational source control BMP, or structural source control BMP, to bring the storm water drainage system in compliance with this chapter. The order shall include all requirements detailed in RMC 1.14.100. (Ord. 2859 § 2 (part), 2016: Ord. 2473 § 2 (part), 2009; Ord. 1870 § 1 (part), 1996).
