13.05.050 Side sewer contractor roster eligibility requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
The following requirements must be met in order to remain an active contractor on the side sewer contractor roster:
A. A City of Redmond business license;
B. A State of Washington contractor’s registration;
C. Proof of liability insurance;
D. A side sewer contractor’s bond;
E. Annual roster fee.
Should any of the above requirements not be met, the contractor shall be designated an inactive contractor on the side sewer contractor roster. Should any contractor remain so designated for more than twelve (12) months, the contractor shall be removed from the roster and a new application and fee will be required to re-instate the contractor.
