The Public Works Director or designee shall require the owner of a broken side sewer to repair the side sewer. The owner of the side sewer shall perform repairs within the amount of time dictated by the City.

All costs and expense incidental to the installation, connection and maintenance of a side sewer shall be borne by the owner of the premises served by the side sewer. (Ord. 3149 § 2, 2024; Ord. 208 § 20, 1957).
