Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC, and all state statutes adopted therein, including any future additions to, and amendments and repeals thereof, is hereby adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the City of Redmond as if set forth in full.
