21.08.143 NR Neighborhood Residential.
A. Purpose. The Neighborhood Residential zone provides for primarily residential neighborhoods with a variety of housing types that serve households at a variety of income levels. The zone allows for different types of homes such as, but not limited to, detached single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, fiveplexes, sixplexes, townhouses, stacked flats, courtyard apartments, cottage housing. Some nonresidential uses are allowed to provide amenities to nearby residential uses and to support complete neighborhoods.
B. Development Standards.
1. Density. The maximum density for this zone is eight dwelling units per lot. The minimum density is one dwelling unit per lot.
Six dwelling units are allowed by right per lot.
Two additional dwelling units are allowed per lot if the affordable housing requirements of RZC 21.20.060.A.1.b.ii are met.
2. Lots. Lot standards are identified in Table 21.08.143B.2.
