A. The director shall have the authority to promulgate and adopt reasonable rules and regulations pertaining to the operation, management and use of the parks, which shall be posted in conspicuous places in park areas. Such rules and regulations may set forth the times and conditions upon which the City parks and recreation facilities will be open, closed, or used by the public. It is unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any park rule or regulation duly adopted and posted by the department. (Ord. 2912 § 3 (part), 2018).
