A. Selling, opening or possessing alcohol in an open container, or consuming any alcohol in a City of Redmond park or recreation area is prohibited except through a special events permit obtained from the City of Redmond, pursuant to RMC 10.62, and the appropriate permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
