A. Horses are permitted on trails unless otherwise posted and designated. Horses shall be permitted in other City of Redmond park areas that are specifically posted to permit such activity. Horses shall not be permitted in any designated swimming area or picnic area. No person shall allow a horse or other animal to stand unattended or tied in an unsecure way.
