A. No person shall allow his or her dog or other pet or domestic animal to bite or in any way molest or annoy park visitors or other pet or domestic animals or wildlife. No person shall permit his or her dog or other pet or domestic animal to bark continuously or otherwise disturb the peace and tranquility of any City of Redmond park area.
