A. No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a trail in any City of Redmond park area unless such trail has been specifically designated and posted for such use. No person shall operate a motor vehicle within the boundaries of a City of Redmond park area except on roads, streets, parking lots, parking areas, or where otherwise permitted by proper posting; provided, that this section shall not apply to emergency vehicles, maintenance vehicles, or construction vehicles authorized by the department.
