Any person who violates the prohibition on outdoor burning as set forth in section 9.22.030 of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction. Upon a finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that such infraction has been committed, the person found to have committed the infraction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.
