A.  No portion of this chapter shall be deemed to be exclusive or exhaustive in reference to animal control and shall not relieve any person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions. Animal control codes and laws provided by King County and Washington State shall apply. (Ord. 2640 § 1 (part), 2011).
