Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil violation. Each violation will be considered a separate offense and be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 for each violation. The minimum civil penalty shall be $100. (Ord. 2294 § 1 (part), 2006).
