Each initial and all subsequent annual applications for a telecommunications business license shall be accompanied by a license fee to be set by resolution of the City council. All telecommunication companies shall also submit an occupation registration application and occupation registration fee of $10.00 annually to the finance director as provided in Section 5.44.030.
