A. Criminal Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided in this chapter or by law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of such a violation shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by a jail term of not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B. Separate Offense. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which the violation is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person.
