A. All information required by FCC Form 394;

B. Any information regarding previous convictions involving deceit or violation of federal, state or local law, or information regarding pending indictments, investigations, or complaints of such acts;

C. A detailed statement of the corporate or other business entity organization and management structure of the proposed transferee, assignee or new controlling entity;

D. Any contracts or other documents that relate to the proposed transaction, including all documents, schedules, exhibits, or the like referred to therein which are not confidential or proprietary;

E. Information regarding its financial solvency;

F. Information related to pending material legal claims, lawsuits or administrative proceedings involving a cable communications system;

To the extent permitted by law, the grantee, transferee, assignee or new controlling entity shall pay all reasonable costs incurred by the City in reviewing and evaluating the application. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 2174 § 1 (part), 2003).
