Except insofar as this requirement is preempted by federal law, any cable system within the City will meet or exceed the technical standards set forth in 47 C.F.R. Section 76 Subpart K and prevailing applicable technical standards. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 2174 § 1 (part), 2003).
