All rates charged by tow truck licensees shall be submitted to the chief of police or designee for approval based upon the prevailing rates charged in the area and all lists of rates shall be made a matter of public record. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 819 § 1, 1978: Ord. 577 § 13, 1972).
