It is declared to be essential to the public interest that no person shall be authorized or permitted to operate a tow truck business within the City limits of Redmond unless such person shall be the holder of a valid license to do so, issued by the City. The license required by this chapter is separate from and in addition to the business license issued under RMC Chapter 5.04, which may also be required when applicable.
