A. “Tow truck” means any vehicle designed or intended to tow vehicles, remove vehicles from the scene of an accident, disability or impounding pursuant to a request from the police department, and constructed and equipped as set forth hereinafter. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 577 § 1, 1972).
