It is unlawful for the owner, proprietor, manager or person in charge of any facility as herein defined, to employ in such establishment any person who does not have a valid employee license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 1562 § 1 (part), 1990).
