A. The fee for a public bathhouse license shall be fixed by council resolution. In addition, a nonrefundable application fee which will include the costs of obtaining a criminal history conviction record from Washington State Patrol’s Washington Access to Criminal History (WATCH) website and processing the application in an amount fixed by council resolution shall accompany each original application for such license.

B. A nonrefundable application fee which will cover the costs of obtaining a criminal history conviction record from Washington State Patrol’s Washington Access to Criminal History (WATCH) website and processing the application in an amount fixed by council resolution shall accompany each application for a license to serve as a public bathhouse attendant.
