Any person, association, firm, partnership or corporation that violates any of the provisions in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days. Each day or portion of a day during which a violation is committed constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 2546 § 2 (part), 2010: Ord. 1664 § 2 (part), 1992).
