A. The board shall perform all functions, exercise all powers and make all determinations as specified in Chapter 41.26 RCW for disability boards. The board may adopt reasonable rules and regulations to carry out its authority and to govern the manner and form of filing, presentations and hearings before the board. (Ord. 2581 § 3 (part), 2011).
