In compliance with Section 14, Chapter 112, Laws of 1975-76, 2nd Ex. Sess., city funds expended for reimbursement of expenses or compensation for services rendered on behalf of the City in providing information to or communicating with any federal, state, or local elected official or public employee shall be reported by the City Clerk in the same manner as a state agency would report pursuant to RCW 42.17.190. (Ord. 749 § 7, 1977).
