Should a tenant reject an offer of sale, the subtenant in possession at the time the notice provided in Section 16.04.060 is delivered shall be offered the unit on the same terms as those offered the tenant. For thirty days following that offer or until the expiration of the tenants’ sixty-day purchase period as provided in Section 16.04.070, whichever occurs later, the subtenant shall have the exclusive right to purchase the unit.
