15.04.075 Use of other base flood data (in A zones).

When base flood elevation data has not been provided (in A zones) in accordance with RMC 15.04.040, the Floodplain Administrator shall obtain, review, and reasonably utilize any base flood elevation and floodway data available from a federal, state, or other source in order to administer RMC 15.04.090 through 15.04.170.
