“Person,” when necessary, means and includes natural persons, associations, copartnerships and corporations, whether acting by themselves or by a servant, agent or employee. The singular number, when necessary, means and includes the plural, and the masculine pronoun to include the feminine. (Ord. 377 § 4 (part), 1965).
