The City Council authorizes and directs that a source of fluoridation approved by the State Department of Health shall be added to the public water supply and system of the City under the rules and regulations of the Washington State Board of Health, such addition to be administered and controlled in a manner approved by the Washington State Department of Health and the Director of Public Health and in accordance with the laws of the state.
