Within 60 days after completion of construction, the Grantee shall furnish the City with complete sets of plans, drawn to scale and certified to the City as accurately as reasonably possible and depicting the horizontal and vertical location and configuration of all Telecommunications facilities constructed pursuant to the Right-of-Way Use Permit or Small Cell Permit. For above ground Telecommunications facilities, such plans shall include site photographs. The Public Works Director shall have the discretion to prescribe the number of copies and format of said record drawings, consistent with City codes and policies, and to require submission of such record drawings in a digital format.
