The Grantee shall promptly complete all construction activities so as to minimize disruption of the public ways and other ways, City property and other private property. All construction work authorized by a Right-of-Way Use Permit or Small Cell Permit within public ways, other ways and City property, including restoration, must be completed within six (6) months of the date of issuance unless an extension of an additional six (6) months is granted by the Director, the applicant may request up to two extensions.
