All construction practices and activities shall be in accordance with the Right-of-Way Use Permit or Small Cell Permit and approved final plans and specifications for the Telecommunications facilities. The Public Works Director and his or her representatives shall be provided access to the work and such further information regarding construction activities in the public ways, other ways and City property as he or she may require to ensure compliance with such requirements.
