Ownership or control of a Master Permit granted hereunder may not, directly or indirectly, be transferred, assigned or disposed of by sale, lease, merger, consolidation or other act of a Grantee, by operation of law or otherwise unless notice is given by the transferee or assignee to the City in writing within sixty (60) days of the closing of the transaction.
