No Master Permit shall be renewed until any ongoing violations or defaults in the Grantee’s performance under the Master Permit, the requirements of this Chapter, the Redmond Zoning Code, if applicable, and any other lawful applicable regulations with respect to use and management of the public ways, other ways, and City property, have been cured, or a plan detailing the corrective action to be taken by the Grantee has been approved by the City.
