10.25.010 Use of automated traffic safety cameras authorized.

The use of automated traffic safety cameras is authorized to detect (1) stoplight violations at arterial intersections and (2) school speed zone violations, subject to the restrictions specified in state law (Chapter 167, Laws of 2005, “Traffic Safety Cameras,” codified at RCW 46.63.170, with an effective date of July 24, 2005).
